Day of Coordinator

Service Description

I will be point of contact for vendors and I will make sure everything is perfect. This Package Includes (but isn’t limited to): - 3 In-Person meetings and a venue walk through - Original consultation, month-out meeting, and week-out. - Unlimited access to me via email, phone calls, or texts. - Take over vendor communication and organization a month out. - Assistance with making a timeline and distributing it to the vendors and attendees. - Organize and facilitate the rehearsal. - Unlimited hours day of wedding. - Run all the errands morning of to pick up décor, rentals, and clothing items. - Assist in vendor set up. - Set up all décor provided by the bride and venue. - Coordinate the ceremony. - Facilitate the reception. - Resolve all issues that arise. - Tear down all décor and assist vendor tear down. Payment: $1000 due at booking $1000 due at month out meeting Travel Fee: If the Venue is outside of Denver/Metro Area, there is a travel fee of ($.60 per mile). If the venue is 40 miles outside of Denver, a hotel room is required.
